Weekend 31/08 - 1/09/2013

Since I’m tendering my resignation last Friday, and I have a month to go, I feel a bit lazy to go to work anymore. Considering that I have few work to settle before I go, then I still have to go to work.

BTW, last week I received one offer letter from Telok Gong’s company. But I’m not totally happy with it. Firstly, it’s not executive level. Also, the working hours and all. So boring….

Now I’m depending to the developer at Shah Alam. If I’m so unfortunate, I will get non-exec level and lower salary, I will still accepting the offer base on the working hours. But I’m not giving up yet. I saw the advertisement in the net – good company and I will apply for the position. I hope I may have few offers to think of before 1st October 2013.

Since last week I’m having not-so-serious flu, but I think the medicine who make me more suffer. The flu itself is can be covered with one time pills, which it will stop immediately. But unfortunately, I have to take the pills over and over again for few times before the flu all gone. Now I’m experiencing ‘heavy’ feeling on my head due to drug. Dizzy and feel like I want to laze on my bed the furthermore. Feel bad to my hubby who is going outstation and I can’t send him to airport this morning. Huhu…

On Friday, after sending my resignation letter, I left the company around 11.30am because of my medical leave & flu. It is not serious, but I don’t have mood to continue work on that day. I visited Awin for lunch and later hanging out with Joanne & Milo at Starbucks Centro Klang. Now I understand a truly friend means to me. Appreciate the person who appreciates us!

Friday night, I went to my sister’s house for open house. Before that we drop by at Aeon Bukit Tinggi to grab some fruits for my dad.

My weekend totally simple yet was tiring due to flu.
31st August 2013 - it's Malaysia 56th Independence Day!!! Yeeeha!
On Saturday, my hubby has to settle his work at home. We are experiencing water shortage for whole Klang Valley. According to news, it is due to oil liking. Around 8.30am, I’m helping my brother by sending him and his family to Komuter station for balik kampong. Drop by to bank to pay my loan. The water still okay when I taking bathed before that. But when I reached home around 9.30am, the water totally didn’t come out from the pipe!

I asked my hubby to go out to find some water backup – at Petronas or nearest Mall.
But there are very small water tabs about an hour later. So, I’m filled all the basin and even do the laundry with ‘quick’ mode. Even I sent some of the water to my mother’s house. Her house worst! Don’t have any running water at all.

I cooked chicken rice – one of the dishes that used minimum water.

The water running better after 2 hours and I could do the rest of my laundry. The weather was so gloomy – the heavy rain around 3pm. I’m having a short nap then watch an episode from I Miss You – my new buy DVD.

My hubby said he would like some steamboat BBQ because of the cold weather. We went to Restoran Rebus Rebus located at Section 16, Shah Alam. Not bad at all! Yamin enjoyed the soft butter compared to the meat – don’t sure why!
If you looking for cheap – yet satisfying, you may go there. Only  RM 27, per person! For me, worth it! The meat marinated well, the seafood especially prawn, fresh n big. But I love the meat more. The chicken soup for steamboat a bit plain and tasteless. Going to try tomyam soup for next visit.

Around 8pm, we on the way to my mother’s house for overnight stay.
Since my body health is not good, I asked her to do some massage for me to get better. I missed another episode of You Are The Best, Lee Sun Sin on that day :(

Sunday, again, I have to give in with my hubby’s workloads again. A bit upset because it’s still in Hari Raya mood. Even I planned to visit my sister house and friend’s at KL, but I also don’t want him to be burden. I cooked Laksa at my mother’s house and later going home. Again, the same weather like yesterday, it’s raining noon.

We have a good driving around our area and reached back home around 6.55pm for You Are The Best, Lee Sun Sin. We have 2 weeks to go before end of the dramas but I think that I can come out with the short summary due to uncomplicated storyline.

Last night, I sleep early – I even forgot to take my thyroid pills!
